The game will be made up as part of a straight doubleheader Thursday starting at 4:10 p.m. CT. The second game will begin approximately 30-45 minutes following the conclusion of the opener but not before 7:10 p.m.
The Tigers’ Casey Mize and Sox’ Carlos Rodon, the scheduled starters for Wednesday, will pitch Game 1 Thursday. Matthew Boyd of the Tigers and Dylan Cease of the Sox will start Game 2.
Both games will be seven-inning games. Parking lots and gates will open at 3:10 p.m.
Season-ticket holders will receive a credit to their account for game tickets and parking for Wednesday’s game. Ticketmaster purchasers will receive a full refund for game tickets and parking through Ticketmaster. Fans with tickets to tomorrow’s originally scheduled contest can attend both games of the doubleheader.
NBC Sports Chicago will air Game 1 and NBC Sports Chicago Plus (+) will broadcast Game 2.
