In each incident someone was sitting in their parked vehicle and someone got in the vehicle, pulled out a gun, and demanded their property, Chicago police said. The person then fled in a black SUV or a blue sedan.
The robberies happened in the early morning hours May 26 in the 100 block of West Superior Street, and May 28 in the 400 block of West Oak Street, police said.
Police believe two males are involved.
