On Day 11 of the Tokyo Olympics, two U.S. teams – men’s basketball and women’s water polo – look to advance to the semifinals of their tournaments. In track and field, Rai Benjamin seeks Team USA’s second medal in hurdles at these Games. He’ll be competing in the men’s 400m hurdles following Keni Harrison’s silver in the women’s 100m hurdles on Sunday night. Plus, Allyson Felix competes in the women’s 400m heats. Here are all the latest updates from Tokyo:

Knockouts begin for U.S. teams

Two U.S. teams enter the knockout stages of their Olympic tournaments tonight on their quests to extend their gold medal streaks: men’s basketball, going for its fourth straight gold medal, and women’s water polo, looking for its third.

At 12:40 a.m., the U.S. men face Spain, which won the silver to Team USA’s gold in both 2008 and 2012. Both teams went 2-1 in group play. Stream live here.

At 1 a.m., Maggie Steffens and Co. meet Canada. Steffens broke her nose during the Americans’ second game in Tokyo, against China, but returned. She is now the leading scorer all-time in Olympic women’s water polo. Stream live here.

Benjamin, Reese go for medals in track and field

American Rai Benjamin competes tonight in the final of the men’s 400m hurdles at 11:20 p.m. ET. He was the third-fastest qualifier in the semifinals, only seven-hundredths behind Norway’s Karsten Warholm.

Brittney Reese is also hoping to medal in the women’s long jump. Fellow American Tara Davis qualified with a jump of 6.85m, just .01 behind Reese in the top spot.

The legendary Allyson Felix, now in her fifth Olympics, takes to the track again in the heats of the women’s 400m at 9 p.m. ET. One of the favorites in the men’s 200m, American Noah Lyles, competes in the final heat of that race at 10:53 p.m. ET.
