The Christkindlmarkets are set to return to the Chicago area this Winter, bringing holiday magic and seasonal wonder.

Known for offering seasonal goods, German food and hot spiced wine, the markets have become one of the most popular holiday traditions in the region.

Organizers shared the news in a Facebook post on Aug. 18, saying the popular holiday event will take place in three Chicago area locations — the Daley Center in Chicago, RiverEdge Park in Aurora and Gallagher Way in Wrigleyville.

The Chicago and Aurora locations open on Friday, Nov. 21, and Wrigleyville will open its gates on Sunday, Nov. 23.
