Cicero police release photo of person sought in deadly shooting of 19-year-old

Cicero police are asking for the public’s help to identify a person wanted in connection with a shooting that left an 19-year-old man dead on Friday.

Police released a photo showing a man officers are looking to question regarding the incident that occurred at around 11:58 p.m. in the 2500 block of South 58th Avenue.

According to police, officers responded to the area following a fight involving a large group of people and found a 19-year-old man who had been fatally shot. Police said the man shown in the photo was “observed at or near the scene” but didn’t provide specifics about his possible involvement.

The victim was identified as Justin Ramos, 19, of Schiller Park, authorities said.
