Who is performing at the Illinois State Fair? The full grandstand lineup

The Illinois State Fair has officially kicked off, with some major headliners set to take the grandstand stage in the coming days.

The grandstand performances kick off Friday and continue through Aug. 23, with headliners like The Avett Brothers, the Chicks, Ella Langley, Wiz Khalifa, Matchbox Twenty and more on the lineup.

“The Illinois State Fair continues to bring a diverse lineup of nationally recognized talent to our Grandstand,” Illinois Department of Agriculture Director Jerry Costello II said in a statement.

Tickets remain on sale for many of the performances.
